How to Use Scoring
Here is where you can save the most time, by ranking candidate responses!

Most candidates will complete the Instant Interviewer Questionnaire. Use scoring to prioritize or "rank" responses according to your needs.

1. Go to Scoring Page

Select a Position

AdvQuestionnaireScore2 (8K)

2. Select your Criteria

  • Only multiple choice questions are available for scoring.
  • Score only questions relevant to your requirements .
  • Select ALL ANSWERS that meet your requirements. (E.g. Selecting "1-2 years" experience will not include candidates having more years experience.)
  • Scores on existing responses are recalculated each time settings are updated.
