How to Search By Zip
Find jobseekers by distance from job location.
Most candidates will complete the Instant Interviewer Questionnaire including their address.
Use "More Search Options" to locate candidates by distance from the central location of a zipcode.
1. Go to "More Search Options" page
Check "Search By Distance" and click "Next"
2. Select your Criteria
- Helpful Tip: Update your scoring first (under Ranking menu), then search by distance. Your search results will include candidates located nearby and sorted by the most qualified.
