Scoring is available to prioritize responses based on answers to the questionnaire. Questions that represent important requirements should be included in scoring.

Scoring setup and how scoring is calculated is identified below.

How to Add / Edit Scoring
Scoring Setup
Step One:
Select the overall Question Weight based on its importance. (Only questions that are pertinent to requirements should be scored.)

Step Two:
Select Answer Weights based on importance. (Do not set any weight for answers which do not meet requirements.)

Optional - "Eliminate": If any answer should eliminate respondent from consideration, select "Eliminated" as the answer weight. If eliminated answers are chosen, the overall score of questionnaire will be "0", and an X icon will be displayed by the response.

How Scoring is Calculated
Overview:
Scoring allows you to effectively prioritize responses by assigning importance levels (weights) to questions and assign weights to the individual answers within a question.

Questionnaire scoring ranges from 0 to 100.

*Table of weights/percentages used for answers and questions.
NotScored = 0
Low = 10
MediumLow = 30
Medium = 50
MediumHigh = 75
High = 100

Scoring of Multiple Choice Questions (single answer):
The assigned weight* of an answer determines the percentage of the total points given to a question.

eg1 (6K)

Scoring Multiple Choice Questions (multiple answer):
Each answer has a point value based on the answer weight assigned.* For every answer selected on question, points are accumulated. The total accumulated points are divided by the total available points for that question to determine the percentage of its total available points (assigned weight of question).

eg2 (9K)

Scoring of Overall Questionnaire:
The overall score is calculated by dividing the total points accumulated for each question by the total available points for all questions. (See example below).
